Caiti serves as the Lead Children’s Pastor at Victory Church in Lakeland, FL. She is an ordained Assemblies of God minister and holds a Master of Arts in Family Ministry from Southeastern University. Caiti is passionate about helping kids fall in love with God’s Word and restoring the family unit through discipleship within the home.

Chris serves as the Associate Dean at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. She also teaches spiritual formation classes at the graduate level and oversees the MA in Family Ministry program. Chris received her master’s degree in children’s and family ministry from Bethel Seminary and completed a Doctor of Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary focusing on emotionally healthy spirituality in children. She loves spending time with her family, running, and riding roller coasters.
