Insight on Transition: Best Practices When You Leave or Begin- Kelli Romero
It’s not every day that Kingdom workers transition in or out of ministry positions and because of this, we rarely make space in our day to ponder and consider how it can best be done. It may be the farthest thing from your mind…UNTIL it’s your time to leave or begin a new work! Proper planning prevents poor performance, and I have some insights to share that will specifically help make sure your transition benefits you, your family, those you will serve or served, and most importantly the Lord.

Bio: Kelli brings over 2 decades of ministry experience serving on staff for 23 years, speaking internationally, and is in the middle of publishing a children’s book scheduled for release in Spring 2021. Known as one of the fiercest motivators you’ll ever meet, Kelli feels most alive when found championing volunteers and encouraging church leaders. Kelli has taught for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Awana Conferences in Southern California, served on the Inside Track team for Group Publishing, written articles for Children’s Ministry Magazine and has edited curriculum for Gospel Light. Kelli has trained teachers at Camp Humphreys in South Korea, Israel, and most recently in El Salvador. Kelli helped facilitate the first-ever Children’s Ministry Conference in Latin America in 2018 & 2019.
