In church leadership, there are people who have gone before you and who are coming after you, but the pace of ministry can crowd out these vital relationships and keep you from growing personally. What would happen if you linked arms with leaders ahead or behind you? In this breakout, veteran leaders will encourage you with the “why” and “how” of mentorship. They will also give examples of mentorship and help you develop a plan for finding a mentor when you get back from CPC. Ministry is hard. Going together makes it better.
