Finding Your Identity in a Multi-Site World-Sarah Ball 22407

There are many reasons a church will establish a multi-site approach or merge a struggling church into another one. Churches that utilize this approach soon discover the phrase, ‘one church, multiple campuses’ doesn’t quite hold true. While sharing leadership, resources, and an overall vision of the church over multiple sites is perceived as being a good steward, when everything is “shared” or “replicated,” a campus can easily lose its identity and appeal. In this session, attendees will learn how to oversee children's ministry through a multi-site church. We will discuss what should be shared or replicated and what can be different, including experiences between campuses, in an effort to help you identify and cultivate the culture of your individual site.
