"Emotional Intelligence" easily beats "Intellectual Intelligence" when it comes to leadership. In order to lead people well we need to engage our emotions for the good of our leadership and those we lead. We have many processes to help us grow intellectually but at times we fail to put as much intention into growing our Emotional Intelligence. This breakout will discuss the E.I. Competencies and offer tools to train others in growth in this area as well.
