Delia Cornwell, Central Children's Pastor at Radiant Church, helps churches engage with the next generation. With experience in large and small churches, youth and children's ministry, along with almost a decade of teaching experience, she offers scalable strategies for leaders. Delia empowers ministry leaders to optimize operations in order to provide kids and youth with quality discipleship opportunities. She's a mother of four girls and married to Sam, the Central Production Director at Radiant Church.

Andy and Christie Kirk have three children and live on the Gold Coast, Australia. Andy is the Director of Families at Glow Church as well as the National Leader of Children’s Ministry for the Australian Christian Churches.Both are passionate about empowering and equipping people to live out all they were created to do by matching people’s potential with God possibilities. Together they have been innovating and changing the landscape of Children’s Ministry for over 20 years
