Vance Martin has over 15 years of vocational ministry experience, having served as a Youth and Children's Pastor and a Leadership School Director. He currently serves as Vice President of NextGen for Slingshot Group, supporting churches nationwide. Vance is passionate about helping leaders achieve their best in life and ministry. He lives in Orlando, FL with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys spending time with his family.
