Kathleen Jaoudi works as a Children’s Pastor in Westchester, NY. She has served in Children’s ministry for as long as she has been out of it, working in small and big, portable and permanent locations. She graduated from Bethel Seminary’s Children and Family Ministry program and is involved in a local children’s ministry network in her area. When not serving kids and families, she spends time with her husband, Mike, and their dog Doug.

Preston has been a Children’s Pastor for over 18 years. During that time, his experience has come from being on staff at 2 of the larger churches in America. He is currently the Children’s Pastor of The House Fort Worth where he regularly promotes his love of all things Star Wars and Chick-fil-A. But aside from that, he loves speaking to and building into other leaders of the kidmin community.

David Ray is a worship leader, artist, songwriter and author from Houston, Texas, where he serves at Salem Lutheran Church. He and his wife, Jess, are the creators of Doorpost Songs, a series of songs, videos, and resources designed to connect kids and families to God's Word through worship. Dave and Jess are the parents of three rambunctious kids and they love getting to serve churches and families across the nation. // Jess Ray is a worship leader, vocal director, and recording artist from Houston, TX who serves alongside her husband, Dave, at Salem Lutheran Church. She and Dave are the creators of Doorpost Songs, a series of songs and resources designed for kids worship, multi-gen worship, and family worship. Dave and Jess are the parents of three rambunctious kids, Evan, Jackson, and Addison.
