Joy started ministering to kids when she was nine years old, working alongside her children’s ministry veteran mom. Joy has an M.Div from Bethel Seminary and spent five years leading families in full-time ministry before joining the INCM team. She is honored to develop and resource children’s ministry leaders who she believes are the most innovative and resourceful leaders of the church. Joy lives in Minnesota with her wonderful husband and two joyful sons. You can find her hiking Minnesota’s state parks, in her regular kickboxing class, or visiting the closest farmer’s market.
