The Kingdom Impact of Effective Ministry to Boys-Adam Sculnick 22505
Churches across North America and beyond are struggling to find strong male leaders and wondering what they’ll do if they can’t find any. However, the training ground for leaders is not the church, it's the home. Discipleship doesn’t begin with Sunday school or with youth groups, but with family ministry. What does it look like to form a strong male leader in a world that is telling our sons they can choose their gender, God is dead, and their parents are not in charge? For that matter, what can churches do if they play a secondary role? To build the kingdom, we need confident, gospel-centered teachers, engaging dialogue, and a culture that boys want to be a part of, have a role within, and tell the world about. Truly effective boys ministry in the local church will do all of that and more. It can flip the cultural norm upside down, bring more people back to church, create more leaders than ever before, and set Gen Z boys on fire for Christ.
