The Invisible Strings - Children Dealing With Grief- Dr. Chris Corbett & Caitlin Corbett Salmon

The hearts of children are innocent and filled with joy until grief enters their world. Through this session, we will discuss applicable ways to navigate the invisible strings of grief that hold onto their hearts and lives.

Bio:

Chris serves as the Children’s and Family Ministry specialist at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. She also teaches spiritual formation classes at the graduate level and oversees the Master of Arts in Family Ministry. Chris received her master’s degree in children’s and family ministry from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, and completed a Doctor of Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri, focusing on emotionally healthy spirituality in children. She loves spending time with her family, running, and riding roller coasters.

Bio: Caiti serves as the Associate Children’s Pastor at Victory Church in Lakeland, FL. She is a licensed Assemblies of God minister and holds a bachelor’s degree in Children, Youth, and Family Ministries from Southeastern University. She is currently working on a Master’s in Family Ministries, also from Southeastern University. Caiti is passionate about restoring the family unit through discipleship within the home. She also enjoys speaking at camps and retreats, as well as going on Disney dates with her husband, Caleb.
